Seafood Benedict Recipe

Saute:
1/2 c. butter
3 tsp. minced garlic
1 bottle clam juice
4 large scallops
4 large prawns
Salt/pepper

Remove seafood.
Make a rue w/ juice from seafood with 3 tbsp. of flour
Add 3 cups half and half and make your sauce as you like it.
Place seafood back in the sauce and add 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese.

To assemble:
Toast English Muffins and top with smoked salmon
Place a poached egg on the muffins and top with seafood sauce
Sprinkle w/ paprika or dill
